Wedding Ceremony

As your celebrant it's my role to guide you through a process that is stress-free, meaningful and fun and then to deliver a wedding ceremony fueled by heart that is intentionally curated to reflect your story and style, and creates a moment that you and your guests will not just hear or see, but most importantly - feel.

Pre-wedding:

Planning meeting (face-to-face or virtual) to discuss all the ideas and plans to bring your dream to life
Unlimited consultation via phone or email as I get to know you and your story, and to answer
Completion of all required paperwork including NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage)
Creation of a personal ceremony, including your story, the legal bits, acknowledgements & any extra readings, rituals or creative additions
Support writing personal vows including access to my templates and resources

Wedding day:

$1,800*

Early arrival to set up, do sound checks, and check in with you and your vendors
Use of my high-quality, wireless PA system and mic for the ceremony
Dressed appropriately for the occasion to fit in seamlessly with your theme and/or dress code
Printed vow cards
Professional delivery of your ceremony and signing (also can hang around to sign after the ceremony if that's your preference)
Marriage registration with Registry BDM so you can receive your formal marriage certificate in the post

Event MC

The perfect balance of warmth and professionalism - as your master of ceremonies ('MC') I will ensure your event is memorable, runs smoothly and has the right energy in all the right moments.

Pre-event:

Planning meeting to throw around ideas, must-haves, special requests, and key moments to plan a day that hits all the right notes
Unlimited consultation via phone and email
Develop a run-sheet for the event (if required) otherwise run sheet review to give you the reassurance that the timing makes sense, and you have time to breathe and enjoy the day
Survey or phone conversation (depending on your preference) to gather all the intel on you and your VIP guests
Scripting

On the day:

Price on request

Host your event until the end of formalities and make sure your event runs to schedul and that everyone has a great time
Facilitate all the formalities including transition from ceremony to pre-party to reception, housekeeping, making announcements, introducing speakers and important guests, as well as fun activities or guest engagement if that's what you had in mind
Point of contact for all your vendors so everyone stays informed, taken care of and you can focus on being guests rather than hosts

Elopement - just the legal bits

Straight to the point of getting married without any fuss, but a whole lot of love. Just the two of you, two witnesses and Lucy (marriage celebrant)

Pre-wedding:

Planning meeting (video) to go through legal requirements and logistics
Time over the phone and email
All legal paperwork including NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage)
Creation of ceremony with the legal bits, acknowledgements (no personal story) and any extra readings, rituals, personal vows or creative additions you'd like to do

On the day:

$800*

Dressed professionally or suitably for the occasion (depending if we are at a pub, fancy venue, a garden, or in your home)
Early arrival to set up, check in with you and any vendors on site
Delivery of a micro-ceremony that is short and sweet with just the legal components with the option to add personal vows or readings
Marriage registration with Registry BDM

Extras

I wear multiple hats and am happy to help in any way I can to bring your dream to reality, everything from pet-sitter, bubble-blower or your on the day best friend.

Witnesses

Sometimes you might not want anyone else involved in your wedding other than you and your partner (particularly if it's on the down-low or a surprise), in that case I can provide two witnesses to sign the legal paperwork for $100 each.

Funerals, memorials, vow-renewals and naming-ceremonies

I also offer civil-celebrant services for a range of non-wedding events. Enquire today for a quote. Prices start at $500.

Cele-Support

CELE-SUPPORT: If you want your friend or family member to take the reins for the ceremony, I can be the sidekick that helps them nail the ceremony and conducts the official/legal duties on the day and in the lead up to your wedding for $1200.
